Org meeting
18th August 2007Another succesful org meeting was conducted. Go read the discussion on our forum. In summary:
- WitchLover and Nabs have been promoted to Squad Commanders
- The City Name was suggested as Destiny Realised. Most were in favor of the name change.
- We briefly went over City raids and being polite to those who are not in them. Explaining if need be why they need to leave city.
- We would like to hear from other Org members about the name change, since this is a big decision...
Our charter
- Respect of others is our #1 priority.
- All must obey the rules - no exceptions.
- All invites will be applicants first, until they are voted in.
- All who wear the Tag of our Org should behave in an adult manner.
- All Org members will try to help others when they can.
- Information is important, and keeping up with the forums and Org news are great ways to pass along information for the org.
- Don't disrupt the org chat - keep group chat to group or private channels.
- NO Clan/Omni bashing in Org chat.
- Org chat is not the place to air dirty laundry issues.
- There should be NO arguments in Org Chat.
- Before a person can be kicked from the org at least 3 Org Officers must agree. They either have to be disrupting the Org, disrupting the game play of others, Or causing the Org shame.
- A person can not be kicked for personal reasons.
- An Org is built on its reputation, how it interacts with others and how it conducts its self.
- If there is a problem see a General to help solve it.
- Nothing is accomplished when heads are clouded with heated issues. No one listens when they are arguing.
